AVIART focuses on the management side of a service transaction. It provides a structured process for requests, deals, payments, agreements, work evidence and completion records.
A Client can search for a Service Provider and create a service request with the required work details, date and time.
After the Service Provider accepts the request, the deal can move into the active deal process.
Payment modes, UTR information and payment evidence can be associated with the deal workflow.
Work completion can include evidence such as photos, videos, location information and completion notes.
The AVIART workflow follows a sequence of request, acceptance, deal, payment, work tracking and completion.
Search can be performed using available provider information such as mobile number or PIN code.
The Client selects the required service and provides the requested work date and time.
The Service Provider receives the request and can accept or reject it.
Once the deal is active, the payment and associated payment evidence can be managed.
Depending on the deal amount, the applicable signature or e-sign workflow is followed.
Work progress and completion evidence can be recorded through the deal workflow.
Final completion agreement and participant reviews are part of the closing workflow.
AVIART supports both participants in a service deal.
